Bio for Erica Lemp:

Erica Lemp serves as the Executive Director for weVENTURE, an organization that works to amplify entrepreneurs in Central Florida. In this role she is responsible for delivering entrepreneurial training and networking opportunities to the Brevard community, fostering small business partnerships, and creating value driven business learning events. Prior to joining weVENTURE, Erica served as the Community Resources Manager for CareerSource Brevard and the Senior Director of Programs for LEAD Brevard. Erica has a strong background in entrepreneurial training and mentorship, community-based organization board development, team building, facilitation, and public speaking. She has presented on subjects ranging from Generational Differences in the Workplace to the Business of Non-profits on both a local and national level. She is a recipient of the 2014 Brevard 4 Under 40 Leadership Award. She is heavily involved in the community and gives of her time and talent to many organizations and committees dealing with small business development and youth welfare.
