Program Summary:
Why People Need to Matter: Purpose, Trust, and Belonging in an Age of Uncertainty
Employees today are navigating unprecedented levels of change—from AI and evolving workplace expectations to economic uncertainty and growing concerns about where they fit in the future of work. As organizations focus on productivity, innovation, and transformation, HR professionals have a unique opportunity to help employees feel valued, connected, and confident in their ability to contribute.
In this engaging and interactive session, leadership consultant David Jones explores the relationship between purpose, trust, and belonging in today's workplace. Participants will gain practical insights into creating cultures where people feel their work matters, strengthening engagement during times of uncertainty, and helping employees connect their unique value to organizational success.
Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Explain how uncertainty, workplace change, and concerns about relevance influence employee engagement, trust, and organizational culture.
• Identify practical strategies for helping employees connect their unique strengths and contributions to a greater sense of purpose and organizational success.
• Implement approaches that strengthen trust, belonging, and psychological safety to create more resilient, engaged, and high-performing workplaces.

We are also having a back to school supplies drive - please see the attached and the below information.
As students prepare to head back to school, we're proud to support the Brevard Health Foundation's Supply Zone for Teachers program. This incredible initiative provides free school supplies to teachers, many of whom use these resources to directly support students whose families may not be able to afford them. Every donation helps ease the financial burden on educators while ensuring more students have the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in classrooms across our community
