Change That Sticks: Practical Tools For HR-Led Change Management
Change management is a $1.65 billion industry growing at nearly 9% annually, and it's quietly splitting in two. Communications templates and training decks have become generic commodities. The work that actually drives adoption - mapping stakeholders, activating influencers, building internal capacity - is the strategic differentiator that separates change that sticks from change that stalls.
In this hands-on session, HR professionals at every level will learn to do the high-value work themselves and recognize it when evaluating outside partners. Expect real tools, honest conversation about failure, and at least one thing you can use at work on Monday.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
* Explain why change management is diverging, and what that means for HR professionals at every organization size
* Apply a stakeholder mapping framework to a real, active change initiative in their organization
* Design a roadmap for building internal change management capacity that strengthens a long-term organizational resilience
